Happily Ever After

Ariel
I adopted a black lab from your shelter back in
February. Her name was Ariel, though I’ve switched it to
Mabel. It sounds close enough that it didn’t confuse her but
it’s a little more me than Ariel. Anyway, in case anyone at
your shelter remembers her, I just wanted to tell you how
much I love her and how wonderful she is and how happy she
is. We live on the ocean in Maine and we are inseparable.
She’s just the sweetest thing I’ve ever met in my life. I’ve
attached a few shots of her new life. She’s fishing with me
at a lake house, she goes to the beach almost every day, her
best friend is a yellow lab named Henry and she uses him as
a pillow.
Anyway, I just wanted you all to know how much she is
loved and how grateful I am that you rescued her. Thanks for
all the hard work that you do.
